The SR1S14BM474X has some general technical data.When parameter is operating temperature,the rating is -40 to +85℃.When parameter is storage temperature,the rating is -40 to +125℃.When parameter is electric strength,the rating is ≥ 1,0 kVRMS.When parameter is insulation resistance,the rating is ≥ 1,0 GΩ.When parameter is response time,the rating is < 25ns.
